Statement of Faith

  • The Bible is the inspired Word of God. A revelation from God to man, the infallible rule of faith and conduct, and is superior to conscience and reason.
  • Man was created good and upright, but fell by voluntary transgression, and his only hope of redemption is in Jesus Christ, the Son of God, through His shed blood.
  • Man is saved by grace through faith, becoming an heir of God and a joint-heir with the Lord, Jesus Christ.
  • Baptism in water is an outward symbol of what has happened inside. It is a declaration to the world that they have died with Jesus Christ and they have also been raised with Him to walk in the newness of life.
  • The Baptism of the Holy Spirit is the promise of the Father and is subsequent to and distinct from the experience of the New Birth.
  • A life of holiness should be lived by all believers. This is the will of God and should be earnestly pursued by all believers by walking in obedience to God's word.
  • Divine healing and health is an integral part of the Gospel. Deliverance from sickness is provided for in the plan of redemption and is the privilege of all believers.
  • The coming of the Lord, with the resurrection of those who have fallen asleep in Christ and their translation together with those who are alive and remain, is the imminent and blessed hope of the Church.
